We seek health professionals with solid training, scientific rigor, and a commitment to evidence. We do not seek volume, we seek judgment. A Microbiota.org reviewer is someone whose signature adds authority to content, because their competence is real and verifiable.

Training in health sciencesMedicine, nutrition, biomedicine, pharmacy, microbiology, veterinary medicine or related fields.
Command of an axisReal depth in at least one area, gut, gut-brain, immunity, metabolic, skin, or another microbiota domain.
Critical reading of literatureAbility to assess study design, effect magnitude, limitations and clinical applicability.
Commitment to neutralityThe reviewer promotes no products or brands. Their role is scientific truth, and that neutrality is the asset.

The application rules

Admission to the editorial board is selective. To apply, you must prove your professional qualification. Have ready, in digital format (PDF or image):

  • Proof of basic trainingUndergraduate diploma in health sciences or related field, the document proving your fundamental professional qualification.
  • Your highest qualificationIf you hold a specialization, master’s, doctorate or post-doctorate, attach proof of your highest degree. This carries weight in the assessment.
  • Link to the field (optional)ORCID, ResearchGate or LinkedIn demonstrating your work and output in the field.

The scientific coordination validates your credential and expertise. The review is rigorous.

Once approved, you receive access to the editorial panel, the standard guide, and set your availability.

You begin receiving topics in your area, review them, and sign what you publish. Your authority goes live.
